2. Intellectual Property (Copyright)

The game code, design, graphics, and all related content are the intellectual property of the CryptoSweeper Team. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

3. Disclaimer regarding $LUCK Token

$LUCK tokens are utility tokens designed solely for use within the CryptoSweeper game ecosystem. They are:

NOT an investment vehicle or security.
NOT intended to have monetary value outside the game.
Provided "AS IS" without any guarantees of future value.
Subject to Unlimited Supply: The operator reserves the right to mint additional tokens as needed for game rewards or ecosystem maintenance. This means the token is inflationary and its value may be diluted over time.

We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred through trading or holding $LUCK tokens.

4. Limitation of Liability

The application interacts with the Solana blockchain. We are not responsible for:

Loss of funds due to user error (e.g., losing private keys).
Blockchain network failures or congestion.
Third-party wallet malfunctions.
